RE: Midvalley Business Park, Subdivision MPP 12-98
PLANS ACCEPTANCE
The District has reviewed the plans for the above referenced project, and they are accepted for
public street construction. By stamping and signing the improvement plans, the Registered
Engineer ensures the District that the plans conform to all District policies and standards. The
District in writing must specifically and previously approve variances or waivers. Acceptance of
the improvement plans by the District does not relieve the Registered Engineer of these
responsibilities.
The Developer must enter into an agreement with the District to pay the proportionate share of
the cost of constructing a new road from Eagle Road west and south to connect with Magic View
Drive at its intersection with Allen Street as an extraordinary overlay fee. The proportionate
share has been determined to be $39,648.00.
The fees and surety amount are attached. Please contact Chance Herron of Construction Services
at 867-6143 for a paid perniit for the work in the right-of--way.
All fees must be paid and the following documents received prior to scheduling for the signature
of the final plat. Please provide: an 8 1/2" x 11" reduction of the plat, a vicinity map, a copy of
the CC & R s, and the maintenance and operation manual (if required) for any drainage facilities
to be located in a common lot to be owned and maintained by the home owners association.
