This plan is in response to concerns addressed to the park's management from both the Meridian Fire Department and Ada County Paramedics in delays associated with getting to the park First Aid facility through our parking lot. On the rare occasions that Roaring Springs Waterpark has had accidents, the Meridian Fire Department and Ada County Paramedics both respond to the facility. Cun-ently, our First Aid Office is located near the front entrance to the park and when emergency vehicles arrive, they must maneuver through the parking lot to the front entrance. The front of the park is often congested with both vehicle traffic and pedestrian, much of which are small children. The new plan calls for emergency vehicles to access the waterpark from Blue Marlin and avoid the congestion at the front entrance. The plan includes a small building, which blends with the nearby buildings and provides easy access for emergency services and a much safer environment for our guests. This buildings main operation will function during normal Park operation hours only.
