minimum of 9'x19' with 25' driveway Provide signage for van-accessible parkin. Sidewalks and
other pedestrian walkways are to be a minimum of 5' wide. All signage is subject to design review
and requires separate permits A minimum of 24 3" caliper trees shall be installed per City Ordinance
(5 more than shown on plan -include on south side of retention pond). Copv of letter of approval
from ACRD is to be submitted prior to obtaining building permit.
