Certificate of Zoning Compliance does not relieve owner of responsibility for compliance. Wall and
pylon signage is being handled under separate review and is not perntted under this Certificate. No
portable signs or temporary signag_e pemutted. Trash receptacle to be screened on three (3) sides. The
plan shows no landscaping, abutting Pad 1-H other than approved planter islands in parking lot. No
field chan>;es to site plan permitted; prior written annroval of all changes required. Site elan dated
5/20/99 is approved.
