Comments' All signa e is subject to design review and requires separate permits. No signage
permitted in the ACRD ri t-of-way. No portable signs or temporary sig_nag_e is permitted. A
minimum of ten (10) three-inch (3"~~er trees are to be provided on the developed portion of
property and served by an underground sprinkling system. Any future asphalt on undeveloped

shows a 20' curb cut and the drive aisle varies from 23' to 28'.
