Dear Shan;
This letter is our request for a certificate of zoning compliance for phase 2 of Acorn Storage.
Enclosed for your review please find the entire site plan which shows phase 1 (already constructed) and the
new phase 2 which represents this request.
As you are aware the new Phase 1 of Acorn Storage located on the north side of Franklin across from our
office was completed early last year. This continuation represents'approximately 73,000 sq. ft. of enclosed
self storage that will be identical in design, materials and use as is in phase 1.
There is no new landscaping in phase 2 and therefore I have not attatched a landscape plan as what
landscaping there is, is located at the entrance and was constructed with phase 1. There is however a tree
still to be installed at the entrance which I hope to discuss with you soon.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. If' I have inadvertanfly left out information that is needed I
would appreciate a phone call at your earliest conve~lience so that we may provide all that is needed for this
request.
