This phase consists of a two-level structure with an approximate 15,000 gsf footprint comprised of office and warehouse space on the first level and office space on the second floor. Access drives, parking, and landscaping are extensions of the first phase development as shown. A portion of the site lies within the Floodplain with a Base Flood Elevation of 2,611 feet. First Floor finish elevation will be established at 2,612 feet. Ada County Highway District has reviewed the site development concept and a copy of their approval and standard conditions is enclosed herewith.
