Curbing may be cut to allow for storm water runoff. Trash Enclosure: As may be necessary, the only solid waste pick-up allowed for this lot is a single receptacle carried to the curb. No permanent dumpsters are approved. ACHD Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACRD as they pertain to this development. All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. The site is lot 8, block 13, Settlement Bridge Subdivision #1. 5. Copies of Vicinity Map attached as a copy of the plat for Settlement Bridge Subdivision #l. 6. As was done at the Baldwin Park pool, a small outdoor trash-can will be placed near the gazebo by the pool. The trash clean up will be collected and maintained by the contractor hired to do the routine maintenance of the pool area. 9. As with the Baldwin Park pool, this is a neighborhood pool for neighborhood use. The pool is in the center of the community, and pathways are integrated throughout the neighborhood leading to the pool area, which encourages walking and reduces the need for cars. The Baldwin Park pool has 4 parking stalls, and appears to be adequate for the 300+ residents. This pool area is designed for 7 parking stalls for 260+ residents. This will be sufficient. There will be 6 foot fencing around the perimeter of the pool area. 10. This pool is designed for the residents of Settlement Bridge Subdivision. Pathways lead the residents in the perimeter to the pool area in the center of the community. The pool area is surrounded with a fence and locked gate, so only residents can use the facilities. Inside the pool area is a large pool with multiple features, such as zero entry and kids area to play (containing 3 fountains), lap lane area 60 feet long, vanishing edge to the pool deck, restrooms for men and women, equipment room, gazebo area, large deck for pool furniture, and in the deck some water-play water-toys. These water toys are additional play areas for kids of different ages and include water shooting out of the ground and a water palm tree. We're really excited about this amenity, as it will be one of the nicest pool areas in the city. We have not found a pool area as nice as this one anywhere in the state of Idaho. 11.
