Building Site Plan Review and Right-Of-Way Requirement
In order for the Ada, County Highway District to approve the building site
plan of the above noted project, the following conditions must be completed.
1. The District requires dedication of 45-feet of right-of~way from the
centerline of Tinder Road for this project.
Please provide a legal description of the total property along with the
total area and documentation of the value of the land. Provide a legal
description for the required additional right-of-way with a calculation of
the area, signed and stamped by a registered engineer ox land surveyor. Also
provide the names, addresses, phone numbers, and Federal Tax YD number
(coxporation) or social security number of the fee title ownership (current
property owner(s)) of the property being conveyed as additional public right-
of-way.
IIpon receipt of required information and a short note raqueeting
compensation for the additional right-of-way, the District will prepare the
necessary conveyance instruments far the signatures and record documents with
the Ada County Recorders office. The District will compensate the property
owner(s) for dedicated right-of-way as sat forth in the Ada County Highway
District Impact Fee Ordinance No. 188 and regulations for right-of-way
acquisition.
Please send the above-mentioned information to Larry Sale, Ada County
Highway District, 318 E..37th Street, Boise, ID 83714 with reference to the
name of the project, the file number and address.
2. On the site grading plan, please show a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk
along the Linder Road frontage at one foot from the new property line.
