Landscaping involves more than a simple arrangement of plants with irrigation; plants are not haphazardly placed in a way that fills up leftover space. Landscape plans should be artfully and technically organized in a way that conveys coherence, design, and organization. The landscaping should enhance the physical environment as well as the project's aesthetic character.
