RE: Comments on Staff Report for VAR-10-004- Fast Eddy's Ten Mile
I would ask that the following facts be considered in the variance.
Physical Separation to residence 140'
Hour restricted to 6AM to 11PM
No Negative neighborhood comment during complete process
I could not of changed plan and moved vacuum or would of when
setback error was found
Intent of code was for a Metro Car Wash type facility not this use
Vacuum decimal are less than an open conversation at 100' (See
enclosed Chart from Vacuum Manufacture) Poly Dome Units
Typical street traffic noise is 65dBA and these vacuums at 30 feet
are 65dBA
Self-Serve bay noise is less than open conversation at 50'
I am adding Rooftops to match building that will also reduce noise
significantly.
I would request for safety no masonry wall in that area is added to the
current plan.
