Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District currently has this proposed project on file and has no
comment on the application for variance.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Ten Mile Stub Drain is located within this proposed
project with an easement of sixty feet (60'); twenty-five feet left and thirty-five feet right of
centerline facing downstream.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License
Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
