At the hearing on November 18, 2010, the Commission voted to continue this project and
directed the applicant to meet with adjacent homeowners to address their concerns related
to development of the site.
Originally, the applicant was proposing only one (1) single-story building elevation and
floor plan for the townhome units along with a 464 square foot clubhouse.
After meeting with the neighbors, the applicant has submitted one (1) additional single-
story building elevation and floor plan for the townhome units as recommended by staff
along with a new design concept for the clubhouse. The clubhouse is now proposed to
have an attached 2-bedrom dwelling unit consisting of 1,200 square feet for a caretaker
separated from the clubhouse area by a garage. The clubhouse will consist of 1,000
square feet and have a separate entrance from the dwelling. The clubhouse/caretaker unit
will be owned and maintained by the HOA.
The staff report has been revised to reflect the revised plans submitted by the applicant.
