We have reviewed the staff report conditions of approval for the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing
date of January 6, 2011, and have the following comments.

1.1 Please consider this response as a request to the City Attorney's Office to initiate the
development agreement process.
a. The applicant will comply.
b. The Meridian City Council approved a waiver from the tiling requirement for the
Kennedy Lateral as part of the preliminary and final plat process. Please delete this
condition.

e. As ownership and maintenance responsibility will be with one entity, we are unsure what
