Pursuant to our application for a Certificate of Zoning Compliance, we are providing this
letter that will describe our proposed use of the property.
Our project consists of tenant improvement to approximately 5,000 square feet in an
existing building located at suite 190, 2950 E. Magic View Drive. The existing suite's
use was professional office, and was previously occupied by an engineering company.
Our new tenant for suite 190 is PharMerica. This tenant will use their tenant area as
professional office and will have a conference room, offices, break room, restrooms,
storage, and reception/waiting area.
Minor improvements to the existing tenant area include wall construction, wall
demolition, and painting.
