My apologies for tardiness, I was under the understanding that you have already received these.
Please accept and hold the Hearing date.
Currently, we have made positive strides with the neighbors and following this weeks
correspondence/commitments as well as a final meeting with the neighbors the evening prior to
Hearing I expect that they will be in support of the project. Note that I am finalizing a list and
commitment of materials that we intend to use on the exterior of the structures. This is a cornerstone
discussion and commitment between the neighbors and ourselves ... I will forward those to you shortly
Once again, please hold the Hearing date for us.
