NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO: SECTION I: FINDINGS: Pursua11t to the authority of this City to operate a11d 111aintai11 recreational and cultural facilities and activities, al1d to establish fees for services pursuant to S 63-1311; al1d it being found i11 the best interests of the City to conduct and provide various recreational activities as herein provided, and it bei11g found that there are costs to t11e City to provide SUCll activities al1d that the fees l1ere established are reaso11ably related to, but do 110t exceed, tl1e actual cost of providi11g those services.
