A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
SETTING FORTH CERTAIN FINDINGS AND PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO, ON BEHALF
OF SAID MUNICIPALITY, AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "EASEMENT
AGREEMENT", BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND
CROSSROADS BUSINESS CENTER, LLC.
BE IT RESOL YED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Meridia11 to e11ter i11tO an
agreelnent with CROSSROADS BUSINESS CENTER, LLC, de110ted as
"EASEMENT AGREEMENT", a copy of wl1ich is attached hereto Inarl(ed as Exhibit
"A" to this Resolution, the reaSOl1S and authority for which are as set fortl1 i11 said
agree111el1t.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL as follows:
1. Tl1e Mayor and ClerIc are hereby authorized to el1ter into a11d 011 bellalf
of the City of Meridia11 that certail1 agree111e11t with CROSSROADS BUSINESS
CENTER, LLC, el1titled "EASEMENT AGREEMENT", by al1d between the City of
Meridian al1d CROSSROADS BUSINESS CENTER, LLC, a copy of whicl1 is
attached hereto luarl(ed as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution to bind this City to its
terlTIS a11d c011ditions.
