the subject property located at 1800 N. Locust Grove Road, Ste. B, has been reviewed and approved. This
decision is based on the following:
• The property is located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and current
zoning district of the property is C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial district). The
proposed tattoo shop is classified in the City's Unified Development Code (UDC) as a "personal
and professional service" and as such is a principal permitted use in the C-G zoning district.
• No exterior alterations or site modifications are proposed or approved with the issuance of this
certificate of zoning verification letter.
