Harcourt Time Extension - PP-06-048
Please accept this letter as a formal withdrawal of the time extension application submitted for
Harcourt Subdivision. My client has decided that the previously approved project is not a viable
project at this time and no longer meets his objectives for the property. Accordingly, the time
extension application is a moot point and can be removed from the city council's hearing agenda
for November 23, 2010.
