RESOLUTION NO. 125
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MERIDIAN PURSUANT TO SECTION 1-704 OF THE
REVISED AND COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN DESIGNATING THE PLACE
OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND RATIFYING
AND AFFIRMING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, MOTIONS AND ALL OTHER OFFICIAL ACTIONS
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN THAT HAVE TAKEN PLACE, OCCURRED, BEEN PASSED AND ADOPTED
AT SUCH REGULAR MEETING PLACE.
WHEREAS, the City of Meridian has constructed a new City Hall at 33 East
Idaho, Street, Meridian, Idaho;
WHEREAS, the City Council has been meeting at the City Hall located at 33
East Idaho Street, Meridian, Idaho and has been conducting City business at said
location since September 25, 1987;
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to Section 1-704 of the Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, may designate the place of regular"meetings
of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
That the Meridian City Hall, located at 33 East
Idaho Street, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, is
hereby designated as the official meeting place of
the City Council of the City of Meridian for
regular meetings, and that all ordinances,
resolutions, motions, and all other official actions
and business of the City Council and of the City
heretofore taken, passed, adopted, approved or
taken place at 33 East Idaho Street since Sept. 25,
1987, are hereby ratified and affirmed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE ACTING MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, this 18th day of July, 1989.
