Bill - my client Trevor Roberts, the developer of Harcourt Subdivision, has instructed me to
reiterate his desire to withdraw the time extension application for Harcourt Subdivision from
consideration by the city in accordance with my letter dated November 16, 2010. Accordingly,
please inform the city council that the application has been withdrawn. I apologize for any
confusion regarding this application and thank you for your consideration in accommodating this
request.
