Re: Development Agreement Modification -Volterra Subdivision To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of Primeland Investment Group, LLC and Primeland Development Company, LLP; we are submitting this request to modify the development agreement governing the Volterra Subdivision. The details associated with this request are outlined below: 1. Bews Family Limited Partnership and Primeland Investment Group, LLC are the current owners of the property which is being affected by the proposed modification. They are the successors to the original parties to the agreement. 2. The Original Development Agreement was approved by the City of Meridian on 17 February 2006 and was recorded on March 7, 2006 as instrument number 106034786. 4.
