Your request for approval of a light industry use at 483 E. Franklin Road, consisting of the fabrication
and assembly of aluminum jet boats, has been reviewed and approved. This decision is based on the
following:
• The property is located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and is currently
zoned C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial).
• The proposed light industry use is a conditional use in the C-G zoning district, per UDC Table
11-2B-2. Conditional Use Permit (CUP-09-011) approval was granted for a light industry use in
the C-G district by the Planning & Zoning Commission on January 7, 2010.
• All light industry uses shall comply with the standards set forth in UDC 11-4-3-25 which aze
available for review at: http://www.sterling.webiness.com/codebook/index.vhn?book id=306.
• No exterior alterations or site modifications are proposed or approved.
