children's play facility) for the subject property located at 2374 E. Cinema Drive, Ste. 105, has been
reviewed and approved. This decision is based on the following:
• The property is located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and current
zoning district of the property is C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial district). The
proposed indoor recreation facility is classified in the City's Unified Development Code (UDC)
as a principal permitted use in the C-G zoning district.
• No exterior alterations or site modifications are proposed or approved with the issuance of this
certificate of zoning verification letter.
The applicant shall contact Building Services and the Meridian Fire Department for specific permit and

The use of this property is for Rafiki. Rafiki is an indoor children's play facility
providing safe play for children ages 1-12. There will be living room type areas for
