Fairview Ave. Meridian, ID 83642) for the purpose of renting cars on-site to Westside customers. Westside will provide office space (about 75 square feet) for Enterprise to place a computer and printer. Enterprise will connect to their network through a DSL line. Westside will also provide up to 7 parking spaces (2 in front of the building and the remainder along the East side of the property. Currently the property exceeds the City of Meridian landscaping requirements by having over 5,000 Sq. Ft. of existing landscaping for 25,000 Sq.Ft. of display parking. Additionally, the property has at least one tree for every 200 square feet of display parking area. Westside has also agreed to allow us to put a sign on their existing pole so long as any signage meets the City of Meridian sign ordinances.
