This letter is in response to your application for a modification to the landscape plan approved with the
final plat (MFP) for Woodland Springs Subdivision No. 1 and subsequent alternative compliance (ALT)
for a deviation from the requirements of UDC 11-3B-7C.3.
The Planning Department has approved your request for ALT per the findings in the attached staff report.
On November 16, 2010, City Council approved your MFP request per the condition in the attached staff
report. This approval does not release the applicant from any previous requirements of the other permits
issued for this site.
In accordance with UDC 11-SA-3F and UDC 11-SA-6, you have the option to have the Director's
decision on the ALT application reviewed by City Council. All City Council Reviews shall be filed in
writing to the Planning Department within fifteen (15) days after the date of this letter. The request will
be forwarded to the City Council to conduct a public hearing. The application should specify the grounds
upon which the review is filed.
