Dear Mr. Parsons:
I am in receipt of the letter from your office dated November 12, 2010, advising me of
the scheduled hearing date for the subject application on November, 23, 2010. As noted
in the letter, the site must be posted 10 days prior to the hearing, per City Code 11-SA-
SD.
I was not able to post the site according to the code requirements and request that the
hearing be deferred to Tuesday, December 21, 2010.
Thank you for your assistance with this request. Please let me know as soon as the
Council approves this request and I'll get the site posted accordingly.
