Thank you for forwarding the Staff Report and Letter for the adjacent Home Owners Association.
I behalf of my Client, we are in agreement with that Staff Report and would like to thank you for yours and the
City's efforts.
We will plan to proceed with the hearing tomorrow evening. Specific to additional elevations and finish materials,
we are happy to begin working on additional designs and anticipate that they will reflect the desired effect for the
project, the City and the neighboring home owners. It is expected to take roughly 2 week to complete at which
time we will transmit to you in preparation for the City Council Hearing. In addition, we will happily forward the
designs to adjacent homeowners prior to Council Hearing and answer questions as they arise in an effort to better
communicate our intentions.
