Dear Honorable Mayor, Council Members & Commissioners:
Upon learning the developer requested adelay/postponement to this evenings
hearing, we look forward to seeing the additional information the developer
wishes to provide to the Commission and City's Planning and Zoning Department
on the above application.
May we request at this time, that we would like time to review and evaluate the
additional information the developer plans to submit to the City? May we also
request, that if the information is not submitted by October 27t", 2010, that the
hearing be delayed beyond the next planned meeting of November 4t", so that
we and the City have adequate time to perform a full review of the information?
Since the information has changed from what the developer presented at the
neighborhood meeting with us on September 8, 2010, we would like to request
an additional meeting with them prior to the next Planning and Zoning hearing, if
that would be possible.
