Subsequently, time extensions for the project have been granted, most recently to October 19, 2010, as approved by the City Council on May 12, 2009. Even though we have submitted and secured approval of the first subdivision final plat, known as Bainbridge Church Subdivision, it is clearly not possible to secure the City Engineer's signature, as required, by the October 19th expiration date. Therefore, it is necessary to request an additional time extension of the project approvals in accordance with the provisions of City of Meridian Unified Development Code Section 11-6B-7 Paragraph C. It is our understanding that this action is subject to City Council approval. Therefore, required application forms and documentation is provided herewith.
