10-753 Appointing Tom Sauer to SWACCITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. ~ O ' 1
BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ESTABLISHING THE APPOINTMENT OF TOM SAVER TO
THE MERIDIAN SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian, by the passage of Ordinance
No. 10-1450, on June 22, 2010, approved the establishment of a Solid Waste Advisory
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian, by the passage of Ordinance
No. 10-1432, on August 17, 2010, thereby created the Meridian Solid Waste Advisory
Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That, pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-6-3(C), the following City of
Meridian citizen member of the Meridian Solid Waste Advisory Commission be appointed to
a term of service to be effective November 9, 2010:
Seat 1, one-year term: Tom Sauer;
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
