The changes are as follows: (changes noted in bold) - Exhibit B -condition 1.3.2b: If Nampa Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) will not allow trees within their easement for the Hunter Lateral, an additional 5 feet of landscaping shall be provided outside of the easement per UDC 11-36-5J.2 and landscaped in accord with the standards listed in UDC 11-3B-8C and 11-3B-9C. The applicant may request approval of alternative compliance in accord with UDC 11- 56-5. - Exhibit B -condition 1.3.2: - Exhibit B -replaced landscape plan w/revised version - Section IX, Analysis (pg. 10) . , - Section IX, Analysis (pg. 7) . - Exhibit B, condition 1.3.2a (& pg. 10): . The plan complies w/this requirement) - Section IX, Analysis (pg. 10) -Note: The revised plan submitted by the applicant appears to be printed at the wrong scale. This should be rectified on the revised plans submitted with the CZC application. - Exhibit B, condition 4.1 -Modify condition as follows: The Police Department is not supportive of any access driveways to Locust Grove within 440 feet of the Locust Grove/Overland intersection. Section IX, Analysis (pg. 7) - . Delete due to misinterpretation of the TIS.
