PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2010, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of RZ 10-005 of Primeland Investment Group, LLC for Volterra Subdivisions (North and South) for Rezone of 58.33 acres from R-4 (low density residential) zoning district to the R-8 (medium density residential) zoning district for Volterra Subdivision South; PP 10-004 for Preliminary Plat approval of 301 residential lots, 1 school lot and 38 common lots on approximately 120.6 acres in an R-4 zone for Volterra Subdivision North and PP 10-005 for Preliminary Plat approval of 194 residential lots, 10 commercial lots and 22 common lots on approximately 80.4 acres in a proposed C -G, L -O and proposed R-8 zones for Volterra Subdivision South generally located north side of W. McMillan Road between N. Black Cat Road and N. Ten Mile Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
