A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF AN ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENSES
FOR ALL PURPOSES FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIA~l, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1986 AND ENDING
THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1987, AND GIVING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PRIOR TO THE PASSAGE OF THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUPlCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the following classified estimate of the pro-
bable amount of money necessary to be raised for all purposes in the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho., ..for. the fiscal year of September,
1986-1987 be published.in the V~112 News, a publication beginning with
the issue of August 21, 1986, an August 28 ,1.986, and the Motice of
Public Hearing said estimate and probable levy required to raise said
sum be published therewith.
Section 2. That a statement of the probable revenue of the City
of Meridian for the 1986-1987 fiscal year is as follows:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, PROVIDING
FOR THE CONDITIONAL ANNEXATION AND ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 7, SECTION 6,
TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the owners of the land described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by this referrence incorporated herein as if set forth in full,
and hereafter referred to as the "PROPERTY", have consented to the request
by C & 0 Construction that the City of Meridian annex and zone their property;
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the Applicant that the property be
zoned (R-40) High Density Residential;
WHEREAS, the City has fully processed the annexation and zoning request
and has prepared and adopted the Findings of Fact and Conclusions pertaining to
said annexation and zoning;
