A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BORROWIPiG OF MONEY BY THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the City of Meridian, through their properiy
designated officials, to-wits Don M. Storey, Mayor, Herald J. Cox,
city Clerk, and Helen Ryker, City Treasurer, are hereby authorized to
borrow from the Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Meridian, Idaho, the
sum of $10,000.00, at an interest rate not to exceed lO~ per annum,
for a period of not to exceed ninety days.
Section 2: That this resolution is passed and is related to that
bond issue previously passed by the City of Meridian in the amount of
2.325 million dollars, for the improvement of water and sewer facilities
for the Municipality of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City
of Meridian, this 28th day of August, 1975.
