BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND~CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That the following classified estimate of the probable amount of money
necessary to be raised for all purposes in the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, for.
the fiscal year beginning the lst day of January, 1968, and ending the 31st day of
December, 1969, be published in the Valley News-Times, a weekly newspaper published in
the City of Meridian, for two publications beginning with the issue of February 6 ands,
and the Notice of Public Hearing on said estimate and probable leiay required to raise
said sum be published therewith.
Section 2. That a statement of the entire revenue of the City of Meridian for
the previous fiscal year is as follows:

Section 4: That the assessed valuation of tYie said City of Meridian, for

Section 5: Notice is hereby~given•tliat the estimated expenses and appropiration
therefor as herein set forth will require a levy for general reserve and municipal
purposes for the City of Meridian of not to exceed 35°mills on the dollar and in
compliance wit~i Section 51'-1002 Idaho -Code, the Mayor and ~th:e `Clay Council will hold
a public hearing on March 3, 1969, at 8:00 P.M., at which time any person interested
may appear and protest such proposed estimate and levy prior to passage of an annual
appropriation bill. ~ f
