RESOLUTION°PROVIDING THE MAYOR OF MERIDIAN, DON M. STOREY, WITH THE
AUTHORITY TO DEAL WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WATER POLUTION CONTROL ADMINISTRA-
TION.
WHEREAS,. the City of Meridian has been granted certain funds for the devel-
opment of experimental sewer projects; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Meridian to make use of this grant;

WHEREAS, it is required that a person be designated as the legal person '
having the authority to deal with the Federal Water Polution Corhztrol Administration;r'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
That Don M. Storey, the Mayor of Meridian, is hereby designated as the offica.al
party to represent the City of Meridian with the Federal Water Polution Control
Administration with the purpose of utilizing the Federal Water Polution grant given
to the City of Meridian.
Passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, this
21 day of April 4 , 1967.
