A RESOLUTION AU~IiORIZING PUBLICATION OF AN EXTIMATE OF EXPENSES FOR ALL PURPOSES ~'OR THf~ CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1958, AND ENDING THE 34TH DAY OF APRIL, 1959, AND GIVING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRIOR TO PASSAGE OF THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL. BE IT RESOLVID BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CII'Y OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.- Section 1. That the f011owing classified estimate of the pro- bable amount of money nec®ssary to b® wised for all purposes in the City of M®ridian, Ada County, Idahm, for the fiscal year ~e~in~~_, ning the first day of May, 1958, and ending the 30th day of April, 1959, be published in the Recorder, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Meridian for two publications beginning with the. issue of June 9, 1958 and that Notice of Public Hearing on said estimate and .probable levy required to raise said sum, b® published therewith. Section 2. That the assessed valuation of the said City of Meridian for the y®ar 1958 is approximately the sum of ~1,262,54~4.00 Section 5. Notice is hereby given that the estimated expenses and appropriations therefor as herein s®t forth will require a levy for general revenue and municipal purposes for the City of Meridian of not to exceed 20 mills on the dollar and in compliance with Section 50-1102, Idaho Cod®, the Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing on July 7, 195$, at 8:00 P.M., at the City Hall in the said City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, at which time any person interested may appear and protest such proposed estimate and levy prior to passage of an annual appropriation bill..
