WHEREAS, Ordi-Hance No. gt~ of the City of Meridian Requires
the City Council to set t;he charges for sewer service of indus-
trial and commercial users by resolution, and
WHEREAS, with regard to industrial user rates, the engi.nneer-
ing firm of Hoffman, Fisl~e & Milar has submitted a written report
to the city showing its engineering studies and Findings with re-
gard to the quantity and'~quality of industrial wastes discharged
into the city sewer by t e Ada County Dairymen's Association, it
being the only induatria]~ user within the city within the meaning
of Ordinance No. 84.
