Section 4. Notice is hereby given that the estimated appropriation
as herein set forth will require a levy of more than LO mills on the
dollar and that in compliance with Sec.49-1102, Idaho Codes Annotated.
the +Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council
Chambers in the City of P~eridian, on :lednesday,June 3rd,1943 at
8 o~clook P.Pi, at which Lime any person interested may appear end
protest said estimate and Levy prior to passage of the annual
appropriation bill.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City
