Trilogy devebpment would like to request for approval an 78~nonth time extension to
obtain the City Engineer's signature on a final plat on Ambercreek # 2 Subdivision. The
subdivision was approved by the City of Meridian in 2006, this is just a notification that
we would like to extend the approval due solely to the cement economic smrironment
and lack of sales. This plat will expire on September 2:i, 2010. Thanks for your
cooperation in this matter.

public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment

Meridian City Code requires an opportunity for a neighborhood meeting between the
applicant of a Time bctension and the residents of the neighborhood ht which the
devebpment site is located, to be heW prior to application submittal to Meridian City.
Please note that the subdivision was approved by the City of Meridian in 2006. There are no changes
to the development, requesting a Time Extension to obtain the City Engineers Signature on the plat.
This is just a notification. This site is located on the South West comer of McMillan Rd. and Meridian
