AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
02-973 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER I, 2002 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2003. APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECENED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $803,225.00 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 02-973, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October I, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003
be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of$803,225.00 be appropriated out of the revenues from Fund
Balance and Others Sources and Fees, to be used for authorized activities.
