A Special meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, July 6, 2010, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, President David Zaremba, Charlie
Rountree, Keith Bird, and Brad Hoaglun.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda.
Hoaglun: I move we adopt the agenda.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye.

Item 3: Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(b) - To Consider
the Evaluation, Dismissal or Disciplining of, or to Hear Complaints or
Charges Brought Against, a Public Officer, Employee, Staff Member
or Individual Agent, or Public School Student, (c) To Conduct
Deliberations Concerning Labor Negotiations or to Acquire an
Interest in Real Property, Which is not Owned by a Public Agency, (d)
To consider Records That Are Exempt From Disclosure as Provided
in Chapter 3, Title 9, Idaho Code, and (~ To Consider and Advise Its
Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code (1)(b), (1)(c), (1)(d)
and (1)(f).
Rountree: Second.

Bird: Move we come out of Executive Session.

Bird: I move we adjourn from the special meeting.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: We have a motion and a second to adjourn. All in favor say aye. Any
opposed? That motion carries.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
