Annexation and zoning (AZ -06-043) were approved by the Meridian City Council on February 20, 2007 (Ordinance No. 07-1333). The Development Agreement (Instrument No. 107119572) was signed by City Council on August 14, 2007. The Final Plat for Olivetree at Spurwing Subdivision was approved on May 27, 2008. The construction plans were approved by Meridian Public Works, Idaho Transportation Department and Ada County Highway District. The emergency vehicle access to State Highway 20/26 was installed and received final approval from ITD. An 18 -month, administrative time extension was granted to obtain the City Engineer's signature, with the plat due to expire on August 20, 2010. Due to the sustained economic downturn and market conditions, the applicant is unable to complete processing of the plat at this time.
