Franklin as a sales lot, agree to install decorative planters, a berm with gravel or bark covering, and/or a decorative rail and post fence along the Franklin Road frontage. A length of 50 feet will be maintained for this use. No trailers will be parked within 30 feet of the roadway. Failure to provide and maintain an acceptable and pleasing image along this frontage, designated as an entrance corridor to the City of Meridian, may negate this conditional use. Any change or increased use of this property will be subject to conditional use requirements to include asphalt pavement, a minimum 35- foot landscaped area, and all other provisions included in the City's ordinances.
