Dear Dan:
As we talked when I visited with you on Tuesday evening, I am writing this letter to
follow up on the water issues. The purpose of this letter is for your signature to verify
that all downstream water used from Nampa Meridian Irrigation that crosses on the
Meridian Road side of your property, is received through a gate on your property and that
no further use exists for the ditches that are on the 2.3 acres at the Southwest corner of
the Meridian Road and Ustick Road intersection. The exception to this is the possible
church use to the east of this 2.3-acre property and to the north of your properly.
If this understanding is correct and verified by you, please sign at the bottom of this letter
