He also indicated during our conversation that he could not see any reason why this project would be denied use of the right-of-way for landscaping and that the hearing is just a formality in the process which should allow this project to proceed in the permitting process. Also enclosed for your review is a copy of a letter from Paragon Pacific Insulation and Johnson Heating Supply, which was included with our initial submittal, that describes the intended use of the proposed buildings. Please note that the floor plan incorrectly described the production area ~.., as a warehouse. As you can see from the above mentioned letters, ~/ Paragon Paclfic Insulation produces various types for fiberglass insulation ~"~>v, and distributes the finished product; while Johnson Heating Supply are ° ~ ~, . wholesalers of heating supplies. They order and receive various type of Y~ a, equipment and finished products which are then redistributed. V In accordance with the Zoning and Development Ordinance of the City of Meridian, Idaho, Paragon Pacific Insulation and Johnson Heating Supply- are required to provide one (1) parking space for every four hundred (400) s ft of office area and one (1) parking space for every two (2) employees on the largest shift; plus an additional parking space for each company vehicl used by the business. Paragon Pacific Insulation has 18 employees who work in the production area and office staff. The company distributes the bulk rolls of fiberglass insulation via semi-trucks.
