Subject: Trilogy Subdivision Time Extension
Jim,
The hearing for the time extension was scheduled for next Tuesday, June 22. As you know, the property is to be
posted 10 days before the hearing and a notarized statement of posting and photo are to be submitted to the
Planning Department. Specifically, the UDC states:
Proof Of Posting: The applicant shall submit a notarized statement and a photograph of the posting to
the city no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing attesting to where and when the sign(s)
were posted. Unless certificate is received by such date, the hearing will be continued.
Since the certificate has not been received and we have no evidence the posting occurred within the
prescribed time period, we will request that the Council continue the hearing to July 6, 2010.
