Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does not own, operate or maintain any easements n~
Lots 4, 5 & 7, Block 1 of The Courtyards at Ten Mile. Therefore the District cannot vacate
any easement it does not own.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does have easements in .Blocks 1, 2 & 3 in Block 1 that
need to be protected to maintain the Ten Mile Stub Drain and NM1D's pressure irrigation
lines for this subdivision.
